Kerr Vernon has over 20 years in the design industry. He’s worked with some of the world’s leading brands across a wide range of sectors.

In September 2017 Kerr Vernon founded Cause & Effect.

The new studio has a specialist focus in arts and cultural branding. Working alongside Kerr Vernon is Creative Director Ed Watt and Strategy and Communications Director Laura Thomson.

Combined experience includes work for a variety of clients – from household names like Google, Spotify, L’Oréal and Barclays, to Scottish companies like RBS, Glenmorangie and Balblair. But it’s with brands like V&A, Glasgow School of Art, Open Space and Glasgow International that we form a joint-specialism in arts and culture.
